Purpose: As SAP administration factory (Mechanical, Instrument, and Electrical). Duties / Responsibilities: 1. Printing WO and reservation material required by technician in executing a WO, Monitoring and sorting WO pending based on pending material or breakdown work, Making notifications directly converted to WO on SAP system if there is unplanned job of operation part, Reminding WO pending based on pending material or breakdown job in printed form. 2. Include job entries from daily job report books into SAP systems, and record summaries of weekly work that have been summarized by the Supervisor. 3. Reminds notifications, daily WO and weekly PR and PO status monitoring in print format and report to supervisor. 4. Make material reservations from a work order. 5. Reporting material that is already empty or has reached the minimum required stock. 6. Record and summarize any overtime requests and report to the supervisor.
