Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & candidate selection criteria Source applicants through online channels, such as Linked In and other professional networks Determine selection criteria Compile lists of most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind Update Data Tracking to maintain the recruitment data needs Employer branding initiatives Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends Experience in using Linked In Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
