We are currently seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our finance team and help us navigate complex tax regulations while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Tax Preparation and Compliance: Assist in providing comprehensive tax preparation services, including obtaining and reviewing necessary tax information to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
- Monthly and Annual Tax Compliance: Ensure full compliance with monthly and annual tax obligations, including tax calculations, payments, and filings, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Financial Record Maintenance: Keep financial records current, reflecting the latest transactions and changes, to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Audit Support: Contribute to financial audits by preparing relevant documentation and supporting audit processes to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Financial Analysis: Perform periodic financial analysis to identify, analyze, and resolve any discrepancies or issues, contributing to informed decision-making and process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in tax processes and financial regulations.
- Certification: Possession of Brevet A& B certification is required.
- Technical Skills: Experience with VAT, PPN, WHT, and PPH calculations and filings.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and time management skills, with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- Availability: Willing to adhere to the Work From Office (WFO) policy and available to join immediately.
Required Skills:
- Financial Analysis: Ability to perform detailed financial analysis to support tax and accounting functions.
- Accounts Payable: Proficiency in accounts payable processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Internal Audit: Experience in supporting internal audits to maintain compliance with financial regulations.
- Taxation: In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with hands-on experience in tax preparation and compliance.
