    Job Description

  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making and support the growth of the Electric Vehicle division.
Oversee the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation.Prepare and present detailed financial reports and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations to drive business strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial aspects of strategic initiatives, including new product development, market expansion, and operational improvements.Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the division's financial health and stability.Ensure adherence to financial regulations, standards, and company policies, maintaining transparency and integrity in all financial operations.Act as a key liaison between finance and other departments, providing financial insights and advice to support decision-making and align with overall business goals.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.Minimum of 7 - 12 years of experience in corporate finance, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting.Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using advanced Excel functions and financial software. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to senior management and other stakeholders.Proven leadership abilities and experience working in cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and drive financial strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
