    Job Description

  • Ensure the data center services run smoothly through 24x7 monitoring of the infrastructure in rotating shift
Performing preventive and reactive maintenance activities for data center infrastructureActs as first layer for operational incidents, responds & performs requests within SLADocumentation and reporting all user requests, incidents, provisioning, etc.Ensures implementation of safety, security, and customer support policy & proceduresCoordinates with contractors and vendors as well as inspects completed workSupport internal and external audits

The Successful Applicant

Minimum Diploma degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related industriesAt least 5 years of experience in managing critical facilities development or operation preferably in 24x7 Data Center EnvironmentProficient in MEP operations and building facilities related systems such as Switchgears, UPS, Generators, CRAUs, etc.Fluency in EnglishWilling to work in rotating shift
