- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating contracts and ensuring alignment with business needs in terms of pricing, quality, and product availability.- Prepare & Understand Bill of Materials.- Follow up Sample of Production with vendor until get approval.- Monitor the progress with suppliers to obtain the Proforma Invoice and ensure approval, shipment, and receipt of the fabric test report.- Oversee the Purchase Order and the payment process for fabrics and materials.- Address any quality concerns with the supplier and negotiate claim settlements in case of discrepancies with the received goods.- Other duties as assigned.・Diploma's degree from any major・1 year of experience merchandiser in garment industry.・Conversational English proficiency.・Experienced in following up garment production.
