We’re looking for Associate Consultant to join our Talent Hub Sales team, to help our overseas hiring partner get their best Indonesian talent using our Talent hub service. What You’ll Be Doing Handling and end-to-end recruitment activities for our hiring partner by sourcing the best talent on the market to fill the open role based on requirement: from sourcing - interviewing - offering - handling employment document. Sell the role to potential talent by telling them why they should move and work with our hiring partners. You really have to understand what is the value proposition of our hiring partners company. Who We Are Looking For Someone who is really good and confident with their communication skills and is fluent to talk in English, because you will be using English on a daily basis.
