    A Head of Data Science will be responsible for:

  • Manage a team of data scientists
Ensure timely and quality delivery of projectsPlan, schedule and manage the Data Science initiativesDevelop and implement standards for data science code, models, experiments, documentationFamiliar with ML Lifecycle and hands-on experience managing ML in production environments.Provide quality assurance and control of all Data Science research plans, methodologies and implementation of deliverables. Review and code-review the team's work.Comfortable in writing advanced SQL (Joins, Partition/Window functions, CTEs, sub-queries)Develop prototypes, blueprints, standards for the teamIdentify opportunities for improved decision making or business process optimization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will be responsible for:

Bachelor or Master's degree in Statistics, (Applied) Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar advanced degree is preferredPossess numerous of experience in applied Data Science, Quantitative Analysis, Statistical Analysis, or ModellingComfortable in writing advanced SQL (Joins, Partition/Window functions, CTEs, sub-queries; fluency in Python and the core Python data stack (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, SciPy, Matplotlib)Deep understanding of Data Science fundamentals and workflow e.g. algorithms, data structures, model selection and evaluation, model performance metrics, ensembling, and common pitfalls of machine learning.Excellent communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)Great project management skillsHighly curious, critical and motivated
