    About Our Client

    Our client is a leading multinational appliances company in Indonesia with carefully crafted products under their platform. The team is looking for a Head of Customer Quality to assist the process and handle aftersales technical services.

    Job Description

  • Complaint Management: Oversee complaint resolution, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
  • Technical Services: Manage technical support, develop documentation, and coordinate with engineering.
  • Warranty Spare Parts: Manage inventory, ensure timely delivery, and track warranty claims.
  • Certification: Oversee certification process, coordinate with regulatory agencies, and manage documentation.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Develop strategies to improve satisfaction, conduct surveys, and monitor KPIs.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead the team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and measure effectiveness.

    The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
Minimum 10 years of experience leading quality teams in manufacturing.Deep understanding and practical application of quality standards like GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 22000, FSSC, and HSE.Proven ability to conduct quality system audits.Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.Fluency in English is essential.
