About Our Client
Our client is a leading multinational appliances company in Indonesia with carefully crafted products under their platform. The team is looking for a Head of Customer Quality to assist the process and handle aftersales technical services.
Job Description
- Complaint Management: Oversee complaint resolution, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Technical Services: Manage technical support, develop documentation, and coordinate with engineering.
- Warranty Spare Parts: Manage inventory, ensure timely delivery, and track warranty claims.
- Certification: Oversee certification process, coordinate with regulatory agencies, and manage documentation.
- Customer Satisfaction: Develop strategies to improve satisfaction, conduct surveys, and monitor KPIs.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead the team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and measure effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
