- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.- Handle general affairs (organize asset buying and supervise).- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.- Initiate & take charge in the entire recruitment and on-boarding process improvement.- responsible in handling compensation and benefits plans improvement.- Initiate & take charge in employees’ career development paths and reward structure improvement.- Initiate & take charge in improving the office and employee well-being.- Problem solving and coordinating with leader in each department in managing the people aspect of the business.- Creating and compiling monthly employee performance reports- Gathering payroll data with HRIS (Talenta) like leaves, working hours and bank accounts, and making payroll reports - Other task as assigned・Bachelor's Degree.・Business English proficiency.・3 years of experience as HRGA Supervisor from any Manufacture.・Familiar with HRIS (Talenta)
