Our client is a construction company who is looking to expand their team specifically in infrastructure projects, including roads, highway, bridges, and runways.
Job Description
Develop project objectives, strategies, and plans in alignment with company goals and client requirements.Oversee the execution of multiple infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and runways, from initiation to completion.Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles, with proven experience in infrastructure construction projectSKA Ahli Madya or equivalent certification would be considered an assetPrevious experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skillsStrong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principlesFamiliar with relevant construction codes, construction procedures, health and safety standards, and management key points of the projectFamiliar with construction and project management software programs
