Job Description

Multi-Facility Leadership: Provide comprehensive leadership and direction for all aspects of manufacturing operations across multiple facilities.Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration among various departments to streamline processes and ensure a cohesive production strategy.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for each facility, aligning with the overall company goals and objectives.Resource Optimization: Effectively manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to achieve production targets.Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of top-tier products across all facilities.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of each facility.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.Proven experience as a Plant Manager overseeing operations in multiple manufacturing facilities.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Lean or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
