Job Description

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Develop and implement a comprehensive aftermarket strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to enhance the aftermarket business segment.Collaborate with other departments to integrate aftermarket initiatives seamlessly within the broader company strategy.Build, lead, and mentor a diverse team of professionals, including service technicians, parts specialists, and customer support staff.Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment that promotes employee engagement, development, and performance excellence.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Oversee the resolution of customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, enhancing the company's reputation for exceptional customer support.Drive the development and implementation of service programs, maintenance schedules, and technical support initiatives to maximize equipment uptime and longevity.Optimize parts inventory management to ensure the availability of genuine parts for customers and dealers.Monitor inventory levels, procurement processes, and pricing strategies to balance cost efficiency with parts availabilityPrepare and manage the aftermarket division's budget, tracking expenses, revenues, and profitability.Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement while maintaining service quality

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is someone with exceptional experience in Aftermarket within the Heavy Equipment sector for 15+ years. Well-rounded exposure and track record in not only commercials, but also in inventory, stockings, and parts & service delivery is a strong requirement.
