Ringkasan Fungsi:
Develops and maintains short-term (1-3 months) production schedules for intermediate and finished goods. Works from monthly Supply Chain regional plans in order to meet all orders and planned inventory targets.

Tanggung Jawab:

- Sets up and maintains planning tools to schedule production runs at local plant in order to comply with customer delivery requirements. Schedules are limited to short-term production (1-3 months). Follows up with other functions to ensure that data corrections are made as required. Communicates constraints to other functions.
- Publishes production schedules/ work orders on a daily basis that meet all orders and inventory targets over the defined scheduling horizon.
- Monitors inventory levels (raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods). Opens and closes work orders; conducts periodic cycle counts and adjustments as necessary. Ensures Bill of Materials (BOM) and manufacturing details (Routers) are accurate and up to date.
- Ensures latest schedules for downtime of manufacturing units and pack lines are accurately reflected in appropriate systems at all times.
- As part of the “order acceptance process,” works with Customer Care and SC Planning to communicate “Available to Promise” dates for new order inquiries. Communicates risk of missed orders and deviations from plan. Recommends alternatives in order to resolve issues effectively.
- Minimizes off-quality (OQ) production and any OQ inventories through proper scheduling and sequencing and by working with Supply Chain Planning and Sales on alternate solutions, as necessary.
- Generates reports and works with supply planners to validate the plan. Resolves “out of balance” issues.
- Supports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care® Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001® technical specification, as applicable to the site/region.

Persyaratan:

- General knowledge of inventory management, production planning practices and principles.
- Familiarity with Materials Requirements Planning tools and systems. Knowledge ERP systems.
- Knowledge of business disciplines and functions and their inter-dependencies. Understanding of matrix management environments.
- Excellent analytical skills, communications and inter-personal skills.
- Bachelor’s/University degree in Industrial Engineering or Business or related.
- Qualification in the field of logistics, transportation or materials management, such as APICS, preferred
