**Responsibilities / Introduction**

**Job Description**:
We are looking for Senior Product Designers to create great designs with the best UX. You will work alongside other great software engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers. In this role, you should have a strong analytical thinking, close attention to detail, and ability to take features from concept through user interviews and wireframes to finalized designs. Having deep expertise in one technology and understanding of others will be beneficial.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best solutions into high fidelity mockups.
- Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions to continuously improve our products and services.
- Work across product areas to research, analyze user needs, and design the solutions.
- Manage and improve the UI library.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to incorporate user feedback into new flows and interfaces.
- Coordinate with fellow designer and product manager to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase.
- Create supporting illustrations.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about problem-solving, interaction design, and product development.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced, diverse, geographically distributed, and multicultural environment.
- Curious to constantly learn new design trends, frameworks and technologies.
- Takes initiative, demonstrates strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
- Able to take a feature from concept through user interviews and wireframes to finalized designs.
- Experience with design software and technologies such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Bachelor degree in Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or Product Designer for at least 4 years.
