Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan input data klaim kesehatan sesuai SLA dengan Klien.
- Bertanggung jawab untuk membuat Surat Koordinasi Manfaat Asuransi.
- Bertanggung jawab untuk komunikasi / tindak lanjut ke rumah sakit dan atau peserta terhadap ketidaklengkapan dokumen / informasi yang dibutuhkan terkait proses klaim.
- Bersedia melaksanakan tugas tambahan lainnya terkait kebutuhan / pengembangan Perusahaan sesuai kompetensi terkait.
- Berkoordinasi dengan department lain terkait proses klaim.

- Minimum Qualifications: Pendidikan mínimal D3 Perawat / Bidan.
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Ms. Word dan Ms. Excel).
- Mempunyai teknik analisa dan diagnosa medis setara di level perawat.
- Pengalaman di Asuransi atau TPA.
- Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan.
- Memiliki pemahaman dan/atau pengalaman dalam menangani informasi sensitif dan rahasia sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur keamanan informasi yang berlaku.
