Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as HR Specialist - Office Management Manager, you will be responsible to supports daily business through office management to ensure all employees could work and equipped by well-maintained facilities.

**A day of life of.**

Support and control all Maintenance & Repair related to day to day the office building & equipment’s:

- Manage and monitor day to day office building conditions,
- Manage vending machine include regular water test quality,
- Manage and control mailing activities 3rd party messenger,
- Manage air conditioning maintenance,
- Manage and control meeting room instrumentation and execute and monitoring office project, (additional: manage expat house maintenance and repair request, pool car driver operation

Support and ensuring OHSAS document requirement are meet the requirement and valid,
- Monitoring 3rd party activity contract (related to building)

**What will make you successful?**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on office administration and operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and oversee office operations, including facilities management, vendor management, and budgeting.
- Experience in developing and implementing office policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Proficiency in utilizing office management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- In-depth understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex HR issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
