**Job Title: IT and Production Planning Specialist**

Location: Remote (Availability during Danish working hours required)

We are currently seeking an experienced IT and Production Planning Specialist with a strong background in manufacturing to join our dynamic team. This position is vital to the continuous improvement of our production planning process, ensuring it becomes more realistic and trustworthy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and interpret production data to gain valuable insights
- Collaborate with IT and the Head of Manufacturing to improve production planning processes
- Implement data-driven solutions to optimize production efficiency and accuracy
- Work independently while contributing to team objectives
- Be available fully or partly during Danish working hours

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in IT and production planning within the manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Availability to work during Danish working hours, either fully or partly

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Azure and or Databricks
- Experience in developing Power BI reports
- Fluent in English

**Salary**: Rp230,373 - Rp460,747 per hour

**Experience**:

- SQL, Python, or R: 3 years (preferred)
- Azure and or Databricks: 3 years (preferred)
- Developing Power BI reports: 3 years (preferred)
