We are looking for an experienced **Head of Legal** to lead the legal functions across our group holding. This role will be critical in ensuring an integrated compliance framework, monitoring legal risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues. A strong background in **corporate legal** is essential, with **knowledge of banking regulations** being a valuable advantage.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and oversee an integrated compliance and legal framework for the group, ensuring alignment across all business units.
- Monitor legal risks across business units and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Provide expert legal counsel to support strategic business initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, working closely with relevant authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain policies and procedures to uphold corporate governance and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor the legal team, fostering a strong culture of accountability and excellence.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum **8-10 years of experience** in **corporate legal.**:

- Knowledge of **banking principles** is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
