- Leading the team of Loan Operations and Treasury Management.
- Calculating and proposing an initial working capital along with a capital forecasting tool or logic to support the management decision making and the overall business operations.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with Banks, Lenders and other Financial Institutions.
- Examine operational risks from financial market activities, and determine if actions need to be taken to limit financial losses.
- Doing and ensuring the right framework of the Assets & Liabilities Management (ALM) for company-wide.
- Developed Risk Models to mitigate and reduce market risk, counterparty risk, and operations risk impacting the company loan and treasury operations.
- Creating and implementing a complete and professional SOP and policies that covers the whole Treasury Department units; also created clear technical guidelines documents for operating internal and external systems or platforms.
- Leading and partnering with the Product Department to build an in-house tailored Treasury Management System for the whole Treasury Department to have access for reliable and synchronized data between each unit
- Manage multiple institutional lending capital facilities, monitoring and ensuring compliance with a range of facility covenants.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent required, Master degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Treasury leadership with a strong background of Loan Operations/Settlement, preferably at a Financial Services and/or Banking. Startup background will be a great advantage.
- Has project management experience and a builder mentality.
- Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills, must be fluent both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling capabilities.
- Controls and process mindset with an attention to detail and accuracy in ensuring glitch-free loan operations.
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve the current loan operations and treasury process.
