**We are looking for someone with**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance product development or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with insurance product lifecycle management and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

**On the job you will**:

- Assist in the end-to-end product development process, from regulatory approval to implementation and monitoring.
- Collaborate with proposition, actuarial and underwriting teams to develop product pricing, risk assessments, and profitability analyses.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, promotional strategies, and sales support materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the product development process.
- Prepare and present product proposals, business cases, and performance reports to related stakeholders
- Support the creation of policy documents, training materials, and other product-related documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members and assist in their development.
