Manage the academy/training center professionally - Arrange schedules, curriculum, and training programs - Collaborate with trainers/speakers according to the themes - Develop business marketing projects with external parties - Oversee the execution of training programs (including promotion and achieving target audience numbers) - Maintain good relationships with vendors, audiences, and speakers - Responsible for budgeting for each event/training - Prepare proposals and negotiate with sponsors/vendors - Ensure training programs align with company business needs - Report and evaluate each activity to management - Male/female, max. 35 years old - Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management/Business/Marketing) - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the training/event field - Knowledgeable and up-to-date with the latest trends and technology - Understanding of business marketing strategies - Strong negotiation and extensive networking skills - Domicile and placement in Yogyakarta "Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
