**Role Description**:

- Provide direct guidance and supervision to Behavior Therapists by : Conducting weekly 1 hour one-on-one meetings with each assigned supervisee. Regularly observing sessions to provide in-the-moment feedback and support both for assigned supervisees and other Behavior Therapists as needed.
- Escalate any concerns related to Behavior Therapists to the Branch Manager or Clinical Director when necessary.
- Lead and support therapists in effectively communicating with parents and caregivers, particularly when addressing specific concerns or challenges
- Assist in administering the VB-MAPP assessments.
- English is a plus point

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an ABA/Behavior Therapist.
- Solid knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with VB-MAPP assessment is preferred.
- Professional, empathetic, and able to work collaboratively with parents and caregivers.
