**Job Description**:

- Monitor and evaluate the progress achievement of sales and logistic goals and direct the corrective action plans, including monitoring and manage budgets
- Maintain communication and networking strategy with external related to sales and logistic.
- Design and execute sales business strategy
- Responsible for managing clients, including in terms of negotiating prices and services to clients (existing and potential clients)
- Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients
- Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of the inventory.
- Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers.
- Keep up-to-date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them.
- Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Understand and Comply with government rules and regulations such as: port/port traffic, factory access rules, etc
- Monitoring oversee and review quality environmental, safety, and security concern to ensure compliance Goverment regulation and Company policy
- Other duties as assigned including special projects as requested, e.g. ISO 9001/ISO 14001/Safety Program
- Develop individual competency development plan to improve knowledge, skill, and attitude of subordinates.
- Encourage and motivate the subordinates to optimize work performance.

**Requirement**
- Min Bachelor’s degree, primary majoring in business, marketing or related field
- Experience as Sales and Logistic Manager min 8 years
- Have the ability to speak english and mandarin (fluent)
- Willing to work in South Sumatera area

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Palembang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
