**Get to know the team**
The Central Java and Yogyakarta region team is a young/established/longstanding team responsible for running Grab business and operations in the cities within the region. We make an impact by driving to all business units of GrabCar, GrabBike, Grab express and GrabKios Business operations. We are responsible in developing and driving right strategy to win the market and shape the ideal supply demand equilibrium while building sustainable business model
**Get to know the role**
This position is intended to support operations and area strategic managers by providing strategic in time data analysis, key metrics monitoring, budget and project management planning and monitoring. Key success factor for this role is the one that has excellent critical thinking skills and project management (breakdown problem, finding hypotheses, test hypotheses, shepherd project until end of implementation and ensure the results are sustainable.
**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- Explore business issue/opportunities, uncover insights and identify targeted areas for business growth
- Plan, drive and present strategic initiative
- Identify opportunities for revenue and demand growth and work with cross functional teams to execute initiatives/experiments
- Define hypotheses, develop and execute necessary tests, experiments and analysis to prove them
- Able to perform complex analysis based on problem statements
- Effectively communicate the results of analysis or new concepts across to business stakeholders
- Able to influence senior stakeholders and enable data driven decision making
- Optimise current best practicce and framework across all cities in the region depend on current marketplace conditions, across consumer, driver and merchants front
- Able to drive operational efficiencies and improvement where needed
- Build dashboard and insights for transport, deliveries and related data to guide business strategies and facilitate tracking of business metrics
**The Must-Haves**
- Bachelors/Master degree preferably in analytics, statistics, business or engineering
- Strong foundation in analysis skill using tools like tableau, powerBI, excel and other similar tools
- Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant work as sales/revenue generator, business development, business analyst or management consultant
- Excellence in presentation
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
- Experience in leading business project with successful impact
**The Nice-to-Haves**
- You have experience with creating dashboard of tableau, powerBI, etc
- You are an experienced with SQL and Python
