As a Brand Manager in Food and Beverages category, your role is to captivate and enchant your target customers, establish a compelling brand identity, and drive exceptional brand performance.
**A Day In The Life as a Brand Manager**
- Ensuring all brand activities align with the brand's essence
- Understand and choose target consumers, develop consumer insights, and grasp their perceived brand values.
- Develop and regularly update consumer profiles, engage with consumers through field visits, and maintain a deep understanding of their needs.
- Develop and execute compelling brand experiences and work closely with communication agencies to enhance the company's image
- Understand target consumer shopping behaviors and motivations to create delightful shopping experiences and hands-on pricing, promotions, and brand portfolio strategies
- Manage brand development and execution plans, track performance, and assess the impact of brand-building activities
- Foster consumer-centric innovation, maintain brand vibrancy through relevant updates and manage various aspects related to the brand.
- Consciously working towards internal and external business objectives and delivering targets as per the commitment
**What Makes You Successful**
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Brand Management of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Company with cross-functional exposure especially to Channel and Category Development, Marketing Activations, Field Sales, Supply Chain team preferably handling Food & Beverages category
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to collaborate effectively and convey brand messages to target audiences
- Promotes innovative and creative thinking that invites fresh ideas to brand building activities
- Keeps up to date with industry trends and competitors, and maintains a strong understanding of the brand's target market
- Comfortable to build strong and sustainable relationship with key stakeholders
- Demonstrate leadership and support the development of the team, including communication partners and third-party collaborators
- Able to build strong and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders
