Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.- Lead and grow the business, ensuring strategic alignment with regional and global goals- Build and manage high-performing teams across sales, service, and operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance- Foster strong relationships with mining companies, government bodies, and industry stakeholders to support business growth- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand our reach and impact

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications- Proven experience in mining, construction, or heavy equipment industries, with proven leadership in country-level operations- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving revenue and market growth- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with government, industry bodies, and major clients- Ability to manage a broad spectrum of tasks under pressure, ensuring timely and accurate delivery within agreed timescales.- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills- Willingness to travel across Indonesia and internationally as required
