**About The Role**
- A crucial role in the marketing department focuses on consumer understanding to help business growth. The Marketing Campaign Lead will be responsible for both growing new & repeat users through several marketing efforts from managing the coordination of brand/awareness campaigns to leading the implementation of in-app campaigns. Strong project management skill is needed as well as a thorough understanding of consumers
**What will you do**:
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders needed to execute the campaign (commercial, business, creative, online & offline channels, PR, CRM & campaign operation teams)
- Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns
- Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
- Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
**What will you need**:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing, or related fields
- +3 years of related job experience in e-commerce marketing campaign
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- A good understanding of current marketing trends
- Pay attention to details, and be able to work independently or collaboratively
- Have a can-do attitude to explore and try new challenges
