**About the job**:
To strengthen our growth, we are looking for talent as **DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER**

**What can you expect?**

This person will be responsible for leading demand planning strategy and S&OP process to effectively estimate future product demands, including inventory planning & analyzing statistical data to achieve AOP, sales goals as well as financial plan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive S&OP, forecasting and demand planning meetings with cross functional stakeholders to aligned and achieve business strategies
- Develop 18-month rolling demand forecast by considering factors historical sales data, market insights (trends, phase in/phase out, new launches, discontinuations) fand business objectives into demand planning processes
- Drive consistent analysis of the forecast accuracy and conduct monthly forecast maintenance to improve forecast accuracy and build statistical baseline forecast
- Conduct historical sales analysis and data cleansing to build statistical baseline forecast.
- Lead KPI improvement plans (forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory days) by doing root cause analysis and forecast maintenance
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives of demand planning processes, methodologies, and tools for accuracy and efficiency
- Balance demand and supply needs of customers and highlight business risk to stakeholders to mitigate shortfalls and excess stocks situations
- Including planning inventory flow & analyzing statistical data to support the team in achieving sales goals
- Implement strategies and practices of inventory flow to maintain healthy stock and early mitigate stockouts and excess inventory

Qualifications:
**What you need to have?**

Holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Suply Chain operations within a FMCG environment
