Binakarya Propertindo Group currently open job vacancy for Customer Relation Supervisor on our head office, West Jakarta
- Oversee and ensure the daily operations of the customer relations team run smoothly.
- Handle customer complaints directly (**face-to-face/walk-in**) in a professional, prompt, and effective manner.
- Identify customer issues and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor customer feedback, creating reports on recurring issues or trends.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints or concerns.
- Provide training and guidance to the customer relations team on effective complaint handling techniques.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for handling customer complaints.
- Measure and report the performance of the customer relations team to management regularly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer relations, with a focus on direct or face-to-face complaint handling.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Leader in customer services is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with difficult customers.
- Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work well under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Computer literate.
