**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete assigned tasks across multiple business operations with mínimal oversight.
- Assist with personal assignments as required.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for various purposes.
- Manage social media accounts for both personal and business use, optimizing content for engagement.
- Handle AirBnB account management, including reservations and guest communication.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Conduct basic accounting tasks and review financial reports for accuracy.
- Procure goods and services as needed.
- Conduct research on various topics and prepare reports.
- Plan and organize team building/outbound events with budget and recommendations.
- List and sell items according to specifications.
- Write proposals and manage projects, ensuring completion according to specifications.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Ability to manage AirBnB accounts and reservations.
- Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
