As the Engineering Manager for the MMP Test Solutions Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operation of Process Engineering, Route Build Central Engineering, New Product Introduction and Equipment Engineering section (Component, MODULE and SSD) for the collaboration with other functional groups locally and/or globally to accomplish Departmental and organizational objectives by ensuring the process is in control and quality of product meets expectation sustaining and improving quality through continuous improvement activities / projects ensuring effective and efficient risk / opportunity management tactical direction establishing process capabilities and tactical roadmap developing new capabilities ahead of needs, enable and drive network process alignment to the relevant Business Processes that support the overall Quality Management System to achieve a world-class manufacturing performance

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Promote continuous quality improvement efforts
- Work with manufacturing sites and the TSE equipment development team to ensure POR (Process Of Record) / TOR (Tool of Record) is successfully implemented to support production
- Take charge and provide tactical directions to a team of technical experts to provide support to the HVM (High Volume Manufacturing) test sites to meet their desired delivery performance
- Work with HVM sites and suppliers on continuous improvement activities to improve the POR performance.
- Drive BKM (Best Known Method) / OPL (One Point Lesson) to all HVM sites for better operational efficiency and quality
- Work closely with the test sites to identify quality, equipment, and operation gaps through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Drive / Support Audit activities (IATF16949, ISO9001:2015 and customer audit) for Backend Execute Manufacturing (Component, Module & SSD)
- Provide timely solutions to address difficult equipment issues and mobilize global equipment resources to support cross functional and cross sites project and initiatives
- Minimize negative impacts on production and ensure quality parts to customers
- Develop short
- and long-term plans to effectively to meet departmental goals.
- Manage execution of engineering and/or cross-functional projects to ensure operational objectives are met.

- Manage projects from New Product Introduction (NPI) to High Volume Manufacturing.
- Identify and determine origin of deviations, isolate cause and provide solutions.
- Develop, coordinate and drive experiments and data collections across the manufacturing sites to make data driven decisions.
- Present data, project reviews and information to manufacturing, technical teams and management effectively.
- Occasional travel required.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor of Science in a relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent levels of experience and education.
- Strong background in testing of semiconductor and/or storage devices.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and manufacturing software support systems (8D, PSDM, 6 Sigma, FMEA, JMP, SAP, etc.).
- General understanding of the back-end operations for component assembly, component test operations, module assembly, module test operations and SSD test operations.
- Prior people manager experience required.
- Has depth of understanding and ability to manage worldwide business process.
- Has depth of understanding process integration matters and can give correct total priorities of yield and product qualities to direct reports.
