- Effective problem-solving skills to address customer issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Conduct training sessions for baristas, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge and equipped with excellent brewing skills.
- Address customer queries and concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
