**What Will You Do?**:

- Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions and updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, related departments, and customers
- Resolves customer accounts by examining payment plans and history to determine if collection letters need to be sent out on delinquent accounts.
- Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfers to accounts receivable reserves, verifying totals, and preparing reports.
- Facilitate payments of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients and ensure effective filing of documents
- Follow up on client receivables regularly and or as needed.
- Data reconciliation for daily business activity (purchase and sales)

**What Will You Need?**:

- Bachelor's degree or professional certification
- 1-2 years of hands-on Accounting experience, preferably with data reconciliation and account receivable experience
- Knowledge of local VAT and reporting requirements
- Working knowledge of financial reporting software - Xero, Oodo
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP will be an advantage
