As a **Demand Planning Staff**, you’ll be helping us forecast the stores needs, support product availability, and keep our business running smoothly. - Degree holder in Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1 year of working experience in demand or supply planning, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship within the supply chain, logistics, or a similar area is a plus.
- Proactive, self-starter with a desire to learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including SUMIF, XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, Index-Match, etc.).
- Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

**Job Role**:

- Assist in the creation and analysis of demand forecasts - analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop and refine demand plans.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather relevant insights for demand planning.
- Help monitor and adjust forecasts as needed based on actual sales performance.
- Assist in reviewing current inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained.
- Help identify potential supply chain disruptions and suggest solutions to mitigate risks.
- Analyze inventory and demand data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to streamline the demand planning process and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks related to the demand and supply planning process.
