Memimpin dan mengawasi tim Business Development SPecialist untuk mencapai target penjualan dan memastikan komunikasi serta proses dengan klien berjalan lancar.
- Secara aktif mencari prospek dan leads klien baru untuk bisnis ke bisnis (B2B) dan mengidentifikasi peluang baru.
- Selalu mengambil inisiatif untuk menemukan cara-cara baru untuk mendapatkan prospek baru.
- Melakukan kegiatan outreach dan prospek dengan tekun untuk memperluas jangkauan dan basis klien potensial.
- Mengkualifikasi prospek dengan memastikan bahwa mereka sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan.
- Menyediakan informasi yang relevan dan terperinci tentang peluang (OPPTY) setelah pertemuan, bukan hanya memberikan data mentah.
- Berkomunikasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan pemahaman yang jelas tentang kebutuhan dan preferensi pelanggan.
- Menyampaikan hasil dan temuan dengan jelas dan terstruktur kepada tim penjualan dan manajemen.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengelola tim mínimal 1-2 tahun.
- Pendidikan mínimal D3 dengan pengalaman kerja penjualan B2B selama 3 tahun.
- Memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dan berpengalaman dalam outbound sales.
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan leadership yang baik.
- Fokus pada hasil kerja dan target penjualan.
- Pengalaman dalam start-up, agensi, SaaS, dll adalah nilai tambah.
