As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, responsible for providing a welcoming experience both in person and over the phone. You will also support day-to-day administrative tasks and help ensure the front office area runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently.

**Responsible**
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, providing necessary information or directing them to the appropriate contact.
- Handle basic administrative duties such as scheduling, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Ensure cleanliness and comfort of the reception area, waiting room, and meeting rooms.
- Monitor and manage the use of meeting rooms and waiting areas based on the schedule.
- Assist the Customer Service team in handling and reporting product complaints.

**Qualification**
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3)
- At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or in a customer service-related role
- Proficient in using MS Office and Google Workspace
- Basic English communication skills (conversation level)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer service orientation (service excellence)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
