Job Description
Maintaining records of all logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents);
Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner;
Procurement and inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies;
Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions;
Updating and implementing all necessary policies and improving policies and procedures related to logistics, as needed;
Any other relevant responsibilities.
Requirement
3+ years’ experience in General Affairs and Office Management role
Demonstrated capability in developing strong, collaborative business relationships with executive management teams and client groups to drive, develop, and execute talent strategy and successfully meet their goals
Experiences with asset management and IT support related matters
Completely self-directed and excellent at effectively managing time, defining work packages, and prioritizing work for self and others
High attention to details
Hands-on mentality, ambitious mindset
Advanced proficiency in Powerpoint/Google Slides, Excel/ Google Sheets
