APAC Compliance Manager
**Job Description Summary**

APAC Compliance Manager will join a dynamic and talented Global Ethics and Compliance team and advise the business on relevant ethics and compliance topics and issues. This position reports to the APAC Compliance Counsel

**About the Role**:

- Help the business integrate Ethics and Compliance into its daily management
- Execution in the deployment of the compliance program in the APAC
- Support business in the execution Assist the APAC Compliance Counsel/Director in providing timely, accurate and pragmatic advice to relevant stakeholders in the APAC Region on a range of E&C issues, including working with government officials, use of third parties, due diligence issues, international trade regulations, etc.
- Support global investigation team in compliance related investigations
- Collaborate strongly with internal stakeholders
- legal, HR, Internal Audit, Finance, HSSE, etc., to identify, mitigate and resolve compliance matters.
