The Associate Head, Corporate Finance will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.

**What your current role should be like?**
- A leadership position in corporate finance or accounting with experience managing end-to-end financial operations, including compliance with IFRS and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven expertise in handling investor relations, capital restructuring, and financial forecasting in a dynamic, high-growth company.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially bridging operational and accounting processes, and implementing robust internal controls.
- Involvement in ERP implementation or similar initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup environments with a track record of strategic decision-making and risk management.

**What will you do?**
- Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate IFRS standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Own the investor relationship and management, coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements, coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting, research technical accounting issues for compliance, and support the month-end and year-end close process.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting, manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Advise on multi-geography organization wide structuring.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Drive creation and implementation of all processes including ERP implementation have end-to-end compliances across the company and adherence across the organization.
- Work closely with the operations manager and act as finance advisor to bridge the gap between operations team and accounting team.

**Requirements**:
**What do you have?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA is a must.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in finance of which 4+ years are in areas of payment/fintech/insurance/marketplace.
- Experience in investor relations, capital restructuring, fund management, financial statements, cost control & management.
- Prior experience in a Big 4 audit firm is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in an early stage to growth stage company and should be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Have a proven track record of success in previous roles and have worked in a similar setting, such as a Pre series A-B company will be a plus.
