Account Representative

You will report directly to Jambi PoSS Head of PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk, one of the top 5 general insurance companies in Indonesia. We have strong financial performance that recognized through A- Stable Outlook status from a reputable credit rating agency in the world, AM Best.

You will join with a diverse team and enjoy the dynamic of a public company that playing an important role in managing risk management for many top companies in Indonesia.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets (new account) according to the targets set by the company
- Building and maintaining good relationship with client or customer
- Handling and following up customer complaint, to ensure customer satisfaction index will fulfill
- Monitor the claim activities of account under his/her responsibility
- Ensure to do after sales service activities going well to the client
- Provide monthly/quarterly/annual report of insurance policy sales targets to the Area/Region Head

**Requirements**:

- Min Bachelor Degree in any major
- At least 1 year of working experiences in the related fields is required for this position
- Having driving license C/A (having a own vehicle is preferred)
- Computer literate minimum Microsoft Office
- Fast learner, Good personality, Good communication, Positive attitude and can work on team
