We are now seeking a position as a Distribution Sales Marketing Manager who will handle the following key responsibilities as below:

- Assist the Marketing Director in implementing marketing systems and strategies for product needs, product trends in the market as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Determine the selling price of products to be launched, visit schedules and promotional systems to ensure the achievement of sales targets. Analyze and develop marketing strategies to increase the number of customers and areas in accordance with predetermined targets. Analyze and provide direction for design & color development, to ensure product development is in accordance with market needs and trends.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction from the survey results of the entire sales team to ensure the achievement of the specified customer satisfaction target Implement marketing policies and strategies in accordance with the Company's Vision and Mission.
- Reporting verbally/written every market development in accordance with the trend to the Director.

We are looking for prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:

- At least 10 years of experience in Sales Marketing management of principal with selling system trough distributors.
- Experience of working in new product positioning, managing sales trough main distributor, enlargen sales scale with approaching new local distributors in areas, direct approach to customers are points required.
- Ability to work as single contributor.
- Willing to be placed in Malang - East Java.
