As Demand Planner, you will be responsible in processing demand forecast to project sales estimation for short and long term in national level within various distribution channels.

What we ask
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of Demand Planning experience (or relevant other experience)
- Background in working at FMCG industry will be preferred
- Knowledge of principles such as forecasting, S&OP, statistics
- Deep undetstanding of ERP-systems (preferred SAP, APO DP/SNP, BW, MicroStrategy)
- Advance skill in MS Office
- Knowledge of E2E Supply Chain processes within FMCG
- Fluently in Indonesian and English written and spoken

- Creates the demand plans based on baseline (statistical) forecast which is enriched by inputs from the marketing and commercial teams; for the operational (0-13 weeks) and tactical horizon (4-18 months)
- Maintain, cleanse and review the historical data and determines relevant historical period to be used to generate the baseline forecast
- Understand the impact of business dynamics and translate them into the demand plan: NPD, phase-in/out, promotions, events, seasonality, tenders, contracts, activations
- First point of contact for the commercial organisation for the operational and/or tactical planning horizon

Monitoring Planning (PDCA-cycle) & Analysis
- Drive continuous improvement of the forecast accuracy and bias in alignment with the marketing and commercial teams.
- Monitor, analyze, understand, and challenge the quality of the enrichments provided by the marketing and commercial teams (assumptions, deltas, consumption, trends, issues, gaps, risks, opportunities)
- Coordinate any activities related to the constraining and allocation process for the Customer SC and ensure the match of demand & supply

Information & Communication
- Analyse and determine the impact of OOS on customer level and communication to Customer Care and commercial teams in accordance with the internal procedures
- Provide KPI dashboards, insights and decision documents at request or at own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical (PCS, D&S, S&OP, budget and 12Q) and ad hoc reports and/or analyses

Projects
- Participates in assigned (Customer supply chain, cross functional) projects, within the project management guidelines (e.g. NPI, NPD, Change controls, improvement) in
