**The role**

Love, Bonito is looking for a talented and versatile Senior Visual Designer to join our creative team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand by crafting impactful and cohesive designs that captivate our audience. While motion graphics and animation skills are a plus, the primary focus of this role is on delivering exceptional visual design across digital and print platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**_ Visual Design & Development_**
- Execute creative design projects, including digital and print assets for campaigns, social media, website, EDMs, and in-store visuals.
- Develop visually compelling layouts, typography, and graphic compositions that align with Love, Bonito’s brand identity.
- Support the marketing team with designs that drive engagement and conversions while maintaining aesthetic appeal.

**_Brand Consistency & Innovation_**
- Ensure all design outputs are cohesive, consistent, and reflective of the brand’s identity.
- Explore and incorporate fresh design trends to keep content innovative and relevant to our audience.

**_Collaboration & Communication_**
- Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Open mindset, able to pivot and innovate under tight timelines.
- Lead mindset and work closely with VD manager and creative director to ensure end to end project completion
- Lead and mentor junior VD’s and always be open to feedback initiatives and growth

**_AI Integration & Workflow Optimization_**
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and innovation in design processes.
- Stay updated on AI-driven design trends and incorporate them as appropriate.

**_Optional Motion Graphics & Animation_**
- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance social media content, product videos, or marketing campaigns if applicable.
- Experiment with dynamic visual effects and short-form animations to elevate digital storytelling.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual design, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industry.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design across various mediums.
- Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, hierarchy, layout composition, and color theory.
- Highly creative with a passion for visual storytelling.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to lead and work, smartly and cohesively and on your feet.
- **(Good to have)** Experience in motion graphics and animation tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- **(Good to have)** Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway ML) or 3D design software.
- **(Good to have)** Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
