As a School Branch Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our branch's success, overseeing all aspects of operations, sales, marketing, and business development. If you're a motivated individual with a passion for education and a knack for leadership, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Responsibilities**:

- School Year Planning: scheduling terms, term breaks, camps, etc.
- Term Administration: offer planning, scheduling, etc.
- Supervising Teachers: calculating workload, checking hiring needs, teaching performance, teaching data administration
- Trial Classes: scheduling trials, evaluating trials, raising trial conversion
- School Maintenance: supervising purchases, managing stock levels, placing orders
- School Finance Administration
- School Data Administration: managing students' data, scheduling data, enrollment information, etc.
- Developing a comprehensive sales strategy
- Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy
- Business Development
- Conducting HR functions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (master's preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development within the education sector
- Strong knowledge of sales and business development strategies
- Experience in supervising sales teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Leadership abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial management
- Proficiency in educational software
