Alphabet company is a lifestyle retail and distribution company based in Jakarta. We are looking for Area Supervisor who can lead the teams of sales asisstants and make sure business operations in their assigned area run smoothly in order to meet sales target objective.

**Responsibilities**:
**Manage Staff**

Managing and overseeing store staff in the area. Area Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, motivating, discipline and counselling as they see fit.

**Record Keeping & Reporting**

Keeping record and reporting expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.

**Maintain Store**

Delegating and performing tasks related to upkeep and organization, including the rearranging of shelves, product displays, cleanliness, and general appearance of the store.

**Maintain Inventory**

Making sure the supply anad availability of stocks. This involves coordinating deliveries, checking inventory numbers, recording missing merchandise and implementing measures to avoid stock damage and wastage.

**Assist Customers**

Assist customers on a regular basis as well as responding to customer’s request in a timely manner.

**Support Sales**

Working together with the sales team to meet the target sales on the area.

**_Requirements: _**
- Good Leadership
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate, including Word and Excel
- Strong work ethic
- Possess a result-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail and accuracy

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
