Memelihara dan menjaga seluruh peralatan gedung serta interior gedung kantor & gedung cabang (lift, sistem kelistrikan, Alarm, CCTV, genset, pompa2, AC, proyektor, sound system, air minum, dll) berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai standar termasuk melakukan perbaikan preventif dan korektif berdasarkan pertimbangan budget yang tersedia.
- Mengurus seluruh perizinan gedung kantor dan gedung cabang yang berhubungan dengan utilitas gedung (lift, gondola, air limbah, pengangkal petir, genset), parkir, reklame dll. sehingga seluruh perizinan utilitas ter-update.
- Mengawasi seluruh kegiatan pemeliharaan gedung sesuai standar dan ketentuan yang berlaku untuk mencegah terjadinya kerugian akibat proses operasional yang tidak sesuai.
- Memonitoring dan memastikan seluruh ketersediaan material dan instalasi mekanik, elektrikal, plumbing, ataupun perlengkapan untuk event-event di dalam gedung agar perubahannya mengikuti tata ruang yang baru dan sesuai dengan standar
- Menyelesaikan seluruh komplain terkait fasilitas dan utility gedung serta support cabang dapat terselesaikan dengan cepat
- Berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal dan eksternal terkait
- Minimum Qualifications: Pendidikan min. S1 dari jurusan Teknik Elektro/Teknik Mesin
- Pengalaman kurang lebih 3 tahun pada posisi Building/Facility Maintenance
- Memiliki pengetahuan dan praktik HVAC, electric, plumbing, & fire safety
- Memiliki pengetahuan terkait K3 dan memiliki sertifikasi K3 umum lebih disukai
- Dapat mengoperasikan peralatan gedung (lift, genset, gondola)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat bekerja secara tim
