**REQUIREMENT**:

- Bachelor Degree from Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Designer or any related field
- 3-4 years of experience on project management/construction
- Willing to travel across country
- Mastering Autocad and or Sketchup
- Strong organizational and analytical skill with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Upgoing personality with good communication skill to liaise with clients, vendors, landlord, and internal team
- Mastering excel is a plus
- English speaking

**YOUR MISSION**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist Project Manager on preparing BoQ for new store opening or renovation
- Store maintenance work management, follow up request from store/operation and vendors and ensure the completion
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks across cross-functional team
- Project monitoring and managing within deliverables timeline, including site surveys and assessment to ensure project is executed properly
- Supports Project Manager with clients communications, providing updates, and potential adjustments
- Coordinate and liase with vendors and landlords to ensure smooth flow of the project
- Monitor and manage proper documentation throughout project lifecycle
