**Kualifikasi Utama**

1. Pengalaman min. 3 tahun Sales B2B/Project (institusi pendidikan lebih diutamakan).

2. Terbiasa dengan target, negosiasi, presentasi, hingga closing B2B.

3. Memiliki jejaring luas di dunia pendidikan.

4. Komunikatif, mandiri, problem solver, dan berintegritas.

5. Domisili Semarang, siap mobilitas dengan kendaraan pribadi.

6. Terbuka juga untuk profesional senior & ibu rumah tangga yang ingin tetap berkarier.

**Deskripsi Peran**

1. Mengakuisisi kerja sama baru dengan institusi pendidikan.

2. Mengembangkan jaringan & relasi bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

3. Membuat laporan perkembangan penjualan & koordinasi dengan leader.

4. Berorientasi pada closing & revenue growth sesuai target.
