**Ringkasan Posisi**

Kami mencari seorang **C#.NET Developer** yang berpengalaman dalam membangun aplikasi skala perusahaan. Kandidat ideal memiliki pemahaman kuat tentang arsitektur backend modern menggunakan **.NET**, dan mampu bekerja dengan **Node.js** serta **Python** sebagai teknologi pendukung. Anda juga diharapkan menguasai **GraphQL**, **REST API**, beberapa sistem basis data, serta memiliki pengalaman menggunakan **Docker** dalam workflow pengembangan.

**Tanggung Jawab**
- Mengembangkan, memelihara, dan meningkatkan aplikasi backend menggunakan **C#.NET (Core/6/7/8)**.
- Membangun dan mengintegrasikan API (REST & GraphQL) untuk keperluan internal maupun publik.
- Mengembangkan service tambahan menggunakan **Node.js** atau **Python** jika dibutuhkan.
- Merancang arsitektur aplikasi yang modular, scalable, dan high-performance.
- Mengimplementasikan database design serta optimasi query di berbagai DBMS (SQL & NoSQL).
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim DevOps untuk memastikan aplikasi berjalan optimal dalam container **Docker**.
- Melakukan code review, testing, debugging, dan dokumentasi.
- Berkontribusi dalam perencanaan sprint, estimasi task, dan perbaikan arsitektur aplikasi.
- Mengikuti praktik terbaik seperti clean architecture, SOLID principle, CI/CD, dan secure coding.

**Kualifikasi Utama**
- Pengalaman **3-5 tahun** sebagai developer backend atau full-stack.
- Menguasai **C#.NET Core/6/7/8**.
- Familiar dengan **Node.js** (Express/NestJS) dan **Python** (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
- Memahami konsep **GraphQL** (Apollo Server/HotChocolate) dan **REST API**.
- Berpengalaman dengan sistem basis data:

- SQL (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL)
- NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
- Berpengalaman membuat dan menjalankan aplikasi menggunakan **Docker**.
- Memahami arsitektur microservices dan event-driven (nilai tambah).
- Terbiasa dengan pipeline **CI/CD** (GitHub Actions / GitLab / Gitea Actions).
- Menguasai version control **Git**.
- Mampu menulis kode yang bersih, terstruktur, dan mudah dirawat.

**Kualifikasi Tambahan (Nice to Have)**
- Pengalaman dengan **Azure**, **AWS**, atau **GCP**.
- Pemahaman tentang **gRPC**, **Message Broker** (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Pengalaman membuat SPA menggunakan **React/Next.js**, **Angular**, atau **Svelte**.
- Pengalaman dengan automated testing (xUnit, Jest, PyTest).
- Pengalaman dalam performance tuning pada aplikasi berskala besar.

**Soft Skills**
- Pemecahan masalah yang sangat baik dan kemampuan analisis kuat.
- Komunikasi yang jelas dan efektif dalam tim teknis maupun non-teknis.
- Mampu bekerja dalam tim Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
- Adaptif dalam mempelajari teknologi baru.
